Inc. ("Yelp") to transfer venue to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California was heard on May 10, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. in this Court. Counsel for Yelp and for Plaintiffs were in attendance and presented oral arguments. Having considered the parties' papers filed in support of and in opposition to the motion, oral argument, and all other pleadings and papers on file herein, the Court finds as follows: Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a), for the convenience of parties and witnesses, in the interests of justice, the above-captioned actions should be transferred to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, where the above-captioned actions might have been brought. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. 2.
