Implied License, or Equitable Estoppel. Based on the arguments presented in the motion, in the

GRANTED. Google shall not introduce evidence or argument at trial regarding its license,

implied license, and equitable estoppel defenses beyond what Google disclosed in its

interrogatory responses.
