This matter is before the Court on Defendants' Administrative Motion Requesting a Continuance of the Initial Case Management Conference. Having considered the parties' submissions, the Court hereby GRANTS Defendants' motion and ORDERS the initial case management conference continued until 60 days after the Court's ruling on Defendants' Motion to Transfer this Action to the United States Court of Federal Claims.
