I have personal knowledge of the contents of this declaration, and I could and would
testify competently thereto if called upon to do so.

I emailed drafts of the accompanying administrative motion and proposed order to

opposing counsel on July 12, 2012, and asked for Plaintiff Almy’s views on the motion

and proposed schedule.

object to Defendants’ administrative motion for a continuance or the schedule proposed
