after hearing arguments of counsel, and finding good cause therefor,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

AT&T Mobility LLC’s motion is GRANTED.

As required by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 2, Plaintiff Patrick Hendricks shall
8
pursue his claims against Defendant AT&T Mobility LLC in accordance with his arbitration
9
agreement. Hendricks’ claims against AT&T Mobility LLC are STAYED pending the outcome
10

of arbitration.
