Having considered the Stipulation Re: Settlement of Class and Collective Actions
(“Stipulation”) and all other materials properly before the Court, and having conducted an
inquiry pursuant to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 23 and 29 U.S.C. § 216(b), the
Court finds that the Stipulation was entered by all parties in good faith, and the Stipulation is
approved, including an award of attorney fees for Class Counsel in the amount of $205,000,
allowable litigation costs and expenses of $9,461.62, an award of class representative service
payments in the aggregate of $15,000, payment of $7,500 to the California Labor and Workforce
Development Agency (LWDA), and settlement administrative expenses of $16,000. The Court
will simultaneously, or the Clerk of the Court shall, enter the Judgment provided in the
Stipulation. Yelp, itself or through the Claims Administrator, shall deliver the payments to the
California Participating Claimants, National Participating Claimants, the Class Representatives,
and Class Counsel as provided for in the Stipulation.
PURSUANT TO STIPULATION, IT IS SO ORDERED.
