counsel, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

Pursuant to Rule 60 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rule 7-9 of the Northern

District of California Local Rules, Plaintiff T-Mobile U.S.A., Inc.’s Motion for Reconsideration

of the Court’s Order Dismissing its Cartwright Act, Unfair Competition Law, and Donnelly Act
8
Claims is GRANTED in its entirety, and all of Plaintiff T-Mobile U.S.A., Inc.’s claims under the
Cartwright Act, California Unfair Competition Law, and New York Donnelly Act are hereby

reinstated.
