The motion of Samsung SDI Co., Ltd. and Samsung SDI America, Inc. (together, "SDI")

2 to dismiss Plaintiff T-Mobile U.S.A., Inc. ("T-Mobile")'s claims against SDI pursuant to
3 California's Cartwright Act, Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 16720, et seq. ("Cartwright Act"), and
4 Unfair Competition Law, Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17200, et seq. ("UCL"), as stated in T-Mobile's
5 Complaint for Damages and Injunctive Relief, having come before the Court and good cause
6 appearing therefor,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that SDI's Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED, and T-Mobile's

8 claims against SDI pursuant to the Cartwright Act and the UCL are hereby DISMISSED.
