On December 14, 2011, Plaintiff, a state prisoner
17
presently incarcerated at California State Prison - Sacramento
18
(“CSP-Sacramento”), filed a letter with this court addressed to
19
Senior District Judge Lawrence K. Karlton of the United States
20
District Court for the Eastern District of California and to the
21
“Coleman Special Master’s Team.”1
22
Plaintiff alleges that he is being mistreated by CSP-Sacramento’s
23
mental health department.

Plaintiff in writing at that time that his action was deficient

neither paid the requisite $350.00 filing fee nor submitted a signed

and completed court-approved in forma pauperis application (Doc.

#3).

failure to file the requested items within thirty (30) days would

result in dismissal of the action.

The Clerk is directed to terminate all pending motions as
