This Court has jurisdiction over Plaintiffs federal law claims under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331 and 1 38(a). 4. This Court has specific and/or general personal jurisdiction over Defendant Apple 12 because it has committed acts giving rise to this action within this judicial district and/or has esta ished 13 minimum contacts within California and within this judicial district such that the exercise of juris4iction i 14 over Apple would not offend traditional notions of fair play and substantial justice. On information 7 belief, Apple indirectly infringes one or more claims of the '084 patent by contributing to and/or d 8 inducing their customers' infringement using such systems.
