This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to Amend its

Complaint. Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-1(b), the Court finds this matter suitable for
3
disposition without oral argument and therefore VACATES the hearing currently scheduled for
4
December 14, 2012. Having considered Plaintiff’s Motion and supporting memorandum, and for
5
good cause appearing, Plaintiff’s Motion is GRANTED for the reasons set forth in Plaintiff’s
6
memorandum of points and authorities. Plaintiff shall file its First Amended Complaint, attached
7
as Exhibit 1 to the Declaration of Charles T. Graves, within two (2) business days of the entry of
8
this Order.
