ADMINISTRATIVE RELIEF TO
CONTINUE DEADLINES

Courtroom 10
Hon. Susan Illston
1
Pursuant to Civil L.R. 7-11 and this Court’s Standing Order dated August 1, 2011,
2
Plaintiff Twitter, Inc. (“Twitter”) and Defendants Skootle Corp., James Kester, and Troy Fales
3
(collectively, “Defendants”) hereby respectfully request that the Court issue an order continuing
4
discovery deadlines in this case.
5
Because deposition scheduling issues require that some depositions take place in March
6
2013, after the current close of fact discovery on March 1, 2013, counsel for both parties have
7
conferred and agreed to continue the current deadlines for discovery, and the agreed-upon
8
continuance would not affect the pre-trial conference or trial dates. Therefore, the parties hereby
9
stipulate to the following schedule and attach a Proposed Order accordingly:
10
Monday, April 1, 2013:
Close of non-expert fact discovery
11
Monday, April 15, 2013:
Deadline for parties to designate experts
12
Tuesday, April 30, 2013:
Deadline for parties’ rebuttal to designation of experts
13
Thursday, May 9, 2013:
Close of expert discovery
14
Monday, May 13, 2013:
Dispositive motion filing deadline
15
Monday, June 3, 2013:
Opposition filings due for dispositive motions filed May 13
16
Monday, June 10, 2013:
Reply filings due for dispositive motions filed May 13
17
Monday, June 24, 2013:
Last court day by which Dispositive Motions are heard
18
IT IS SO STIPULATED.
