MCELROY, et al., Defendants. 16 / 17 18 On April 17, 2012, Plaintiff, a state prisoner presently 19 incarcerated at California State Prison - Sacramento (“CSP- 20 Sacramento), filed a complaint alleging that he is being mistreated 21 by prison officials at CSP-Sacramento. 22 notified Plaintiff in writing at that time that his action was 23 deficient because he had neither paid the requisite $350.00 filing 24 fee nor submitted a signed and completed court-approved in forma 25 pauperis application. 26 to file the requested items within thirty (30) days would result in 27 dismissal of the action. 28 Doc. #2.
