The Postal Services motion is DENIED with respect to Hayes&# 039;s claim that he was denied relocation benefits, and GRANTED with respect to Mr. Hayes's remaining allegations. The parties are directed to contact the Court's ADR program within seven days to schedule a phone conference to determine whe ther this case should be referred to mediation or to a settlement conference. The mediation or settlement conference shall be conducted on or before March 7, 2014.
