MARTEL, et al., Defendant(s). 13 No. C 12-3063 CRB (PR) ORDER OF DISMISSAL 14 15 Plaintiff, a prisoner at San Quentin State Prison (SQSP), filed a pro se 16 complaint under 42 U.S.C. ยง 1983 claiming various wrongdoing at SQSP. Per 17 order filed on November 16, 2012, the court dismissed the complaint with leave 18 to amend to set forth specific facts showing how his federal rights were violated, 19 if possible. The court warned plaintiff that failure to file a proper amended 20 complaint within 30 days would result in the dismissal of this action. 21 More than 40 days have passed; however, plaintiff has not filed an 22 amended complaint or sought an extension of time to do so. Plaintiff's action is 23 DISMISSED. The clerk shall enter judgment in accordance with this action and 24 close the file. 25 SO ORDERED. 26 DATED: January 7, 2013 27 28 CHARLES R.
