Plaintiff was not present. Defendant was not present. At the request of the 15 Plaintiff the Court continued the Order to Show Cause and case management conference that was set 16 for November 9, 2012, and again for November 16, 2012. This will be the last continuance of the 17 matter. 18 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff appear on November 30, 2012, at 1:30 p.m., 19 before Magistrate Judge Joseph C. Spero, in Courtroom G, 15th Floor, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San 20 Francisco, California, and then and there to show cause why this action should not be dismissed for 21 Plaintiff’s failure to appear at the case management conference on September 21, 2012, for failure to 22 comply with the Court’s Order of June 15, 2012, and for failure to prosecute this action.
