prejudice against that defendant or order that service be made within a specified time.”

On June 27, 2012, plaintiffs filed the instant complaint, naming therein fifteen
22
defendants. To date, plaintiffs have not filed proof of service of the summons and
23
complaint upon any of the defendants. Accordingly, pursuant to Rule 4(m), plaintiffs are
24
hereby ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE, in writing and no later than December 7, 2012, why
25
plaintiffs’ complaint should not be dismissed for failure to serve within the time required by
26
Rule 4(m).
