Lloyd 1 ORDER ON MOTION TO SEAL 2 On October 11, 2013, Defendant Google Inc. moved pursuant to Civil Local Rule 79-5(d) 3 4 and California Civil Code section 3426.5 to seal portions of the parties’ Discovery Dispute Joint Report #2 (“Joint Report”) and Exhibit B thereto. 5 Because this is an action alleging trade secret misappropriation, and because the Joint 6 7 Report and the exhibit contain or describe Plaintiff’s alleged trade secrets, the Court finds good cause for the motion to seal.
