1 2 3 4 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 5 NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA 6 7 JULIE SU, Case No. 12-cv-03743-JST Plaintiff, 8 v. 9 10 SIEMENS INDUSTRY, INC., Defendant. 11 ORDER DENYING MOTION TO SHORTEN TIME; CONTINUING STAY OF EFFECT OF PREVIOUS ORDER GRANTING LEAVE TO BRING INTERLOCUTORY APPEAL United States District Court Northern District of California Re: ECF No. 154 12 The Court DENIES Plaintiff’s motion for an order shortening Defendant's time to oppose 13 Plaintiff’s motion to seek interlocutory appeal. Plaintiff’s efforts to seek a stipulation, Civil Local 14 Rule 6-3(a)(2), were insufficient. Moreover, Plaintiff has not identified any “substantial harm or 15 prejudice that would occur if the Court did not change the time.” Civ. L.R. 6-3(a)(3). 16 The stay of this action remains in effect. The court also further STAYS the effect of its 17 previous order granting Plaintiff leave to seek interlocutory appeal. That order will now take effect 18 ten days after the Court issues an order on Plaintiff’s current, and final, motion for interlocutory 19 appeal. 20 IT IS SO ORDERED. 21 Dated: August 5, 2014 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 ______________________________________ JON S. TIGAR United States District Judge
