YOUNGBLOOD, Plaintiff. ___________________________________/ ORDER OF DISMISSAL 11 For the Northern District of California United States District Court 10 No. C-12-5005 EMC (pr) 12 13 This action was opened on September 25, 2012, when the Court received from Isaac S. 14 Youngblood a letter concerning his treatment in prison. On that date, the Court notified Plaintiff in 15 writing that his action was deficient in that he had not attached a complaint and had not filed an in 16 forma pauperis application. The Court further notified Plaintiff that this action would be dismissed 17 if he did not submit a complaint and in forma pauperis application within thirty days. Plaintiff did 18 not file a complaint or in forma pauperis application. Accordingly, this action is DISMISSED 19 without prejudice for failure to submit a pleading showing the Court has subject matter jurisdiction. 20 The Clerk shall close the file. 21 22 IT IS SO ORDERED. 23 24 25 26 27 28 Dated: December 21, 2012 _________________________ EDWARD M.
