1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 9 FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA 10 United States District Court For the Northern District of California 11 No. C-13-0251 TEH (PR) In re RONALD LEE CANADA, 12 ORDER OF DISMISSAL / 13 14 15 16 Plaintiff Ronald Lee Canada commenced this action when he 17 filed a two-page letter with the Court on January 18, 2013, 18 complaining of conditions at Pelican Bay State Prison in Crescent 19 City, California. 20 the Clerk notified Plaintiff, in writing, that his action was 21 deficient because he had neither paid the requisite $350.00 filing 22 fee nor submitted a signed and completed court-approved in forma 23 pauperis (IFP) application (Doc. #2). 24 Plaintiff was advised that failure to file the requested items 25 within thirty (30) days would result in dismissal of the action. 26 Doc. #2. 27 28 Doc. #1. On the same day the letter was filed, See 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915(a)(2). The deadline to file the IFP application has passed and Plaintiff has not filed it.
