On March 23, 2016, Plaintiffs Ron Stephen Redhead, Shanna Howard and Antanysha Dean filed this complaint and Plaintiff Redhead filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis (“IFP application”). On March 31, 2016, Plaintiffs filed a motion that appears to request leave to file an amended complaint that removes Plaintiffs Howard and Dean from the case. On April 4, 2016, the Court denied the request as leave of the Court is not required to amend the complaint at this stage and ordered Plaintiffs to file an amended complaint by no later than April 14, 2016. Plaintiffs have not filed an amended complaint. Accordingly, Plaintiffs are hereby ordered to show cause why this case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
