affecting real property as described herein was commenced on March 31, 2016 in the

above-named court by Plaintiff Dale Harms against the above-named Defendants. The

action is now pending in the above-named court.

The action affects the title of real property situated in Contra Costa County,

California commonly known as: 930 West Cypress Road, Oakley, CA 94561
