Because more than 60 days have passed since the 19 court’s mail to plaintiff was returned as undeliverable, and the court has received 20 no written communication from plaintiff indicating a current address, the case is 21 DISMISSED without prejudice pursuant to Local Rule 3-11(b). 22 But based solely on his affidavit of poverty, plaintiff’s application for 23 leave to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. 2) is GRANTED. 24 SO ORDERED. 25 DATED: February 14, 2017 26 CHARLES R.
