No. 14 TESLA MOTORS, et al., Defendants. 12 13 On February 22, 2017, defendants Tesla Motors, Inc. and West Valley Staffing Group 14 moved to dismiss plaintiff’s complaint for failure to comply with pleading standards set forth in 15 Northern District Local Rules, FRCP 8 and FRCP 12. Mot. at 1 (Dkt. No. 14). The case was 16 reassigned to me on March 3, 2017, and the hearing on defendants’ motion was reset for April 12, 17 2017. Dkt. No. 25. Plaintiff has yet to respond to the motion. On March 30, 2017, plaintiff filed 18 a notice of address change and new phone number stating that he was homeless for several weeks. 19 Dkt. No. 28. He is ordered to respond to defendants’ motion by April 17, 2017, and the hearing is 20 reset for May 3, 2017. If plaintiff fails to respond by the deadline, this action will be dismissed for 21 failure to prosecute pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. 22 23 IT IS SO ORDERED.
