No. 9 12 13 I have reviewed Magistrate Judge Donna M. Ryu’s February 9, 2018 report and 14 recommendation that pro se plaintiff Cornelius Lopes’s complaint be dismissed without prejudice 15 for failure to prosecute. Dkt. No. 9. Mr. Lopes has not filed an objection to the report and 16 recommendation within 14 days as required under 28 U.S.C. § 636 and Federal Rule of Civil 17 Procedure 71. 18 I find the Report and Recommendation correct, well-reasoned, and thorough, and adopt it 19 in every respect.
