Pursuant to these procedures, plaintiffs delivered by overnight delivery their Fourth Quarterly Statement for 2008 to defendants on February 11, 2009. Defendants submitted their objections to plaintiffs' statement on March 20, 2009. The parties completed their meet and confer on April 6, 2009, and reached an agreement, as reflected in Exhibit A. Exhibit A also reflects the claimed fees and costs that remain in dispute. 1 COSTS ON THE FOURTH QUARTERLY STATEMENT OF 2008 - CASE NO. C94 2307 CW 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 [288759-1] Defendants do not dispute the balance of $624, 488.67 in fees and expenses for monitoring and fee collection activities in the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Adult Operations and Adult Programs (hereafter CDCR/AOAP)1 portion of the case for the Fourth Quarterly Statement for 2008, which will become due and owing forty-five days from the entry of this Order. The parties agree to the total payment of $624, 488.67 in undisputed fees and costs for the Fourth Quarter of 2008. Attached hereto as Exhibit A is a chart setting forth the balance due. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiffs' fees and costs of $624, 488.67, plus interest, are due and collectable as of forty-five days from the date of entry of this Order. Interest on these fees and costs will run from March 14, 2009 accruing at the rate provided by 28 U.S.C. §1961. IT IS SO ORDERED.
