Having considered the parties’ submissions, the Court concludes that the NCAA has failed 4 to present a compelling reason for sealing Trial Exhibits 400 and 2218. 5 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Seal is DENIED. 6 As to trial exhibit 400, Plaintiffs shall excise or redact all but those portions previously 7 made public by the Court and Chapters 1 (“Definitions”), 2 (“Broadcaster Rights and 8 Restrictions”), 5 (“Division I Men’s Basketball Championship”), 9 (“Commercial Matter and 9 Promotion”), 17 (“Warranties”), 18 (“Indemnification”), and Ex. B.
