The Defendant NCAA has filed an administrative motion to seal Trial Exhibits 400 and

2218. Having considered the parties’ submissions, the Court concludes that the NCAA has failed

to present a compelling reason for sealing Trial Exhibits 400 and 2218.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Seal is DENIED.

As to trial exhibit 400, Plaintiffs shall excise or redact all but those portions previously
7
made public by the Court and Chapters 1 (“Definitions”), 2 (“Broadcaster Rights and
8
Restrictions”), 5 (“Division I Men’s Basketball Championship”), 9 (“Commercial Matter and
9
Promotion”), 17 (“Warranties”), 18 (“Indemnification”), and Ex. B. As to trial exhibit 2218,
10
Plaintiffs shall excise or redact all but those portions previously made public by the Court and
