UPON THE UNOPPOSED MOTION TO CONTINUE THE CLAIM CONSTRUCTION HEARING DATE of Plaintiff Netlist, Inc. ("Netlist"), having reviewed the motion, declaration and the record herein, the Court finds there is good cause for granting the requested continuance. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Netlist's motion is GRANTED and the December 8, 2010 date set forth in the Court's September 7, 2010 Order (Dkt. No. 57) is hereby VACATED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Claim Construction Hearing in this matter is rescheduled for March 17, 2011 at 9:00 AM.
