GO DADDY’S MOTION FOR
SUMMARY JUDGMENT

The Motion for Summary Judgment of GoDaddy.com, Inc. (“Go Daddy”) against

Petroliam Nasional Berhad (“Petronas”) came on for hearing in the ordinary course. All

3

appearances are noted in the record. Having considered the papers filed in support of and in

4

opposition to said Motion, the argument of counsel, and for good cause shown,

5

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is granted. Summary judgment shall be

6

entered in favor of defendant Go Daddy on the causes of action alleged in the First Amended

7

Complaint. Summary judgment shall also be granted in favor of counterclaimant Go Daddy on its

8

counterclaim to cancel Petronas’s United States Trademark Registration No. 2,969,707.

9

The clerk shall enter judgment in Go Daddy’s favor.
