US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Defendant. ________________________________/ 11 On August 22, 2010, pro se Plaintiffs Jose M. Bernardo and 12 Araceli B. Bernardo filed this foreclosure-related action against 13 Defendant U.S. Bank National Association. 14 On August 22, 2011, the Court issued an order granting 15 Defendant’s motion to dismiss and denied as moot Plaintiffs’ 16 motion for a preliminary injunction. At that time, the Court 17 granted Plaintiffs leave to amend to cure the deficiencies in 18 their original complaint within fourteen days and warned that 19 failure to file an amended complaint would result in dismissal of 20 their action for failure to prosecute. Plaintiffs have not filed 21 an amended complaint. 22 On August 31, 2011, the United State Postal Service returned 23 the order as undeliverable to Plaintiff Jose M. Bernardo. On 24 September 26, 2011, the United State Postal Service returned the 25 order as undeliverable to Plaintiff Araceli B.
