I am a member of the State Bar of California and a partner at the law firm Perkins 3 Coie LLP, which is counsel for Defendants Google Inc. and Slide, Inc. in this case. I make this 4 declaration in support of Defendants’ Administrative Motion For An Order Striking Plaintiffs’ 5 Brief In Opposition To Defendants’ Motion To Dismiss. I have personal knowledge of the facts 6 set forth herein. 7 2. On November 11, 2011, Plaintiffs filed their 23-page opposition to Defendants’ 8 motion to dismiss. Dkt. 40. Plaintiffs did not file an administrative motion seeking leave to file a 9 brief in excess of this Court’s maximum page limit. 10 3. Defendants have not attempted to obtain a stipulation in support of this motion 11 because Plaintiffs’ 23-page opposition has already been filed in violation of the Court’s Standing 12 Orders and there is nothing that Defendants could stipulate to that would retroactively authorize 13 Plaintiffs’ filing of an overlong brief. 14 15 I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that the foregoing is true and correct.
