Defendant appears to request that he be 22 permitted to file an opposition to Plaintiffs’ motion. 23 The Court GRANTS Pavlico leave to file an opposition to 24 Plaintiffs’ motions. Within two days of this Order, Plaintiffs 25 shall file proof that they have served Pavlico properly with 26 copies of their motion to amend.
