Aranda filed a motion to change the Court’s deadline to file a dispositive 20 motion, by sixty days, through, September 26, 2014. The Court has read and considered 21 Defendant’s motion and the accompanying declaration of counsel, and finds that good cause 22 exists to grant the motion. 23 Accordingly, that Defendant’s motion to change time to file a dispositive motion is 24 GRANTED. The time for Defendant to file a dispositive motion is extended through September 25 26, 2014. Plaintiff’s opposition to the dispositive motion must be served and filed no more than 26 twenty-eight (28) days after the motion is served and filed. Defendants’ reply to an opposition 27 must be served and filed no more than fourteen (14) days after the opposition is served and filed. 28 1 1 The motion will be deemed submitted as of the date the reply is filed.
