CAROLYN W COLVIN, 9 Defendant. / United States District Court For the Northern District of California 10 11 In cases initially assigned to a district judge, the 12 parties may consent at any time to reassignment of the case to a 13 magistrate judge for all purposes, including entry of final 14 judgment. 15 See Civil L.R. 73-1(b). Accordingly, the parties are hereby DIRECTED to advise the 16 Court, no later than November 27, 2013, as to whether they consent 17 to have a magistrate judge conduct all further proceedings in the 18 instant action.1 For the parties' convenience, a consent form is 19 attached hereto; forms are also available at 20 http://www.cand.uscourts.gov, in the "Forms" section. 21 are further advised that they may jointly request assignment to a 22 specific magistrate judge. 23 24 The parties IT IS SO ORDERED. Because the instant action involves a review of an administrative record, however, a case management conference has not been scheduled.
