Good cause being shown, Defendant’s request for an extension of time to file her

dispositive motion is GRANTED. Dkt. No. 25. Defendant’s summary judgment motion, filed
15
February 12, 2018, is deemed timely filed. Plaintiff’s opposition to the summary judgment motion
16
shall be filed by March 12, 2018. Defendant shall file a reply brief no later than 14 days after the
17
date the opposition is filed. The motion shall be deemed submitted as of the date the reply brief is
18
due. No hearing will be held on the motion.

This order terminates Dkt. No. 25.
