by and between Plaintiff ONE PASS, LLC ("Plaintiff'), and Defendant WEISSE
DISTRIBUTING, INC. ("Defendant"), hereby ORDERS, ADJUDICATES and DECREES that
permanent injunction shall be and hereby is entered against Defendant in the above-referenced
matter as follows:
