However, if the responding parties plan only to object to the interrogatories, Facebook will not agree to extend the time for the parties to respond. Likewise, Facebook will not agree to an extension if the responding parties intend to provide responses similar to Mr. Williams' and PNS' recent responses, wherein one party responds indicating another party has the information and that other party responds indicating that he cannot answer the interrogatory. Please confirm that the parties intend, should an extension be granted, to provide complete substantive responses to the interrogatories on January 11, 2008. Theresa
