The Court, having considered the Motion To Quash And For Protective Order ("Motion to Quash"), the Declaration of Kalama M. Lui-Kwan in support thereof, exhibits submitted therewith, and the records on file in this action, hereby orders as follows: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Quash is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that: (1) the May 8, 2008 subpoenas served on R. Gregory Roussel and Fenwick & West

LLP ("Non-Parties") by Defendants ConnectU, Inc., Pacific Northwest Software, Inc., Winston Williams, and Wayne Chang ("Defendants") are hereby quashed; (2) R. Gregory Roussel and Fenwick & West LLP need not comply wit h, nor

otherwise respond to, the May 8, 2008 subpoenas; and (3) Defendants shall bear the Non-Parties' reasonable costs and expenses, including

attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with preparing the Motion to Quash and related papers pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 45(c)(1).
