The Court has considered said motion and all papers in support and opposition thereto and, finding good cause, hereby grants CNET's motion in part and denies the motion in part as follows: CNET's Motion to Intervene in this action for the limited purpose of addressing its Motion to Intervene and to Unseal the June 23, 2008 hearing transcript is GRANTED; CNET's Motion to Unseal a redacted version of the June 23, 2008 hearing transcript regarding Facebook's Confidential Motion is GRANTED. The parties shall provide to the Court by July 9, 2008, a joint-proposed, redacted form of the June 23, 2008 hearing transcript with declarations supporting the reasons the proposed redacted information should remain sealed; CNET's Motion to Unseal documents previously sealed by this Court, the Court in Massachusetts, and the Superior Court is DENIED.
