For GOOD CAUSE shown, ConnectU's Renewed Request for Hearing Date Relating to Production of ConnectU's Documents, Docket No. 727, is stricken. ConnectU shall meet and confer with counsel for the ConnectU Founders concerning (1) the disputed issues ConnectU seeks to raise with the Court at the hearing it has requested; and (2) whether this Court has jurisdiction to resolve those issues in light of pending proceedings in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. After the meet and confer process, the parties shall file a joint status report.
