Dear Mr. Mason: This letter serves to respond to your letter dated September 8, 2009, which you sent on tate behalf of your client, Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner. In your letter you s new ConnectU under Judge Ware's order that "[t]he documents that need to be provided to therefore have already been provided to Facebook by Finnegan." At your earliest convenience, please provide us with the following: 1. An index of all ConnectU documents that Finnegan previously produced to Facebook; and An index of all ConnectU documents that Finnegan has but which Finnegen believes it is not obligated to produce based on Judge Ware's order.
