3 filed a Miscellaneous Administrative Request (“Request”), the Court having
4 considered the Request, and all argument and papers submitted in connection with
5 the Request and on file in this action; the Court ORDERS that:

Quinn Emanuel’s miscellaneous administrative request is hereby

7 GRANTED and escrow agent Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP is ordered to disburse
8 settlement funds it has been previously ordered by this Court to hold in trust to
9 Quinn Emanuel within three (3) business days in accordance with the August 25,
10 2010 arbitration award between Quinn Emanuel and Defendants in this action, as
11 confirmed by the New York Supreme Court, Commercial Division. See ConnectU,
12 Inc., et al. v. Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges, LLP, No. 08/602082,
13 Order (Nov. 8, 2010).
