The matter before the Court is the Motion of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett &
Dunner, LLP’(“Finnegan”) for an Order Allowing Disbursement of Settlement Funds, which Motion
has been filed under Seal in accordance with the Court’s Order dated November 1, 2011. The Court
has considered Finnegan’s Motion for an Order Allowing Disbursement of Settlement Funds and
finds good cause and compelling reasons to allow the disbursement.
Accordingly, the Court hereby GRANTS Finnegan’s Motion for an Order Allowing
Disbursement of Settlement Funds, and it is
ORDERED that Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP as custodian of the Settlement Funds pursuant
to this Court's Amended Judgment of November 21, 2008, disburse to Finnegan the sum of
($[REDACTED]) from such Settlement Funds no later than ten (10) days after the issuance of this
Order.
