WHEREAS on or about June 30, 2010, the Court entered its Order to Appear for Examination Re: Enforcement of Judgment of Judgment Debtor (Docket No. 298) for July 12, 2010, at 9:00 a.m.; WHEREAS Defendant Chen has been out of the country and Plaintiff has been unable to personally serve him with the Court's Order; NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties request that the examination of Defendant Steve Chen be continued to a date on or after August 23, 2010, at 9:00 a.m., subject to service of Defendant Steve Chen or waiver of service.
