Avalos submitted in support thereof, as well as the records on file in this action, hereby orders as follows: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the April 10, 2009 hearing on Defendants' Motions to Dismiss For Lack of Personal Jurisdiction and Forum non conveniens is hereby taken off-calendar until such time as the underlying discovery dispute currently pending before Magistrate Judge Lloyd is resolved. The parties will be responsible for notifying the Court forthwith fo llowing such resolution. In the alternate: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the April 10, 2009 hearing on Defendants' Motions to Dismiss For Lack of Personal Jurisdiction and Forum non conveniens is hereby continued for 90 days. Facebook shall have the opportunity to file a Supplemental Opposition with respect to whether this Court is the proper venue or has personal jurisdiction over Defendants prior to the scheduled hearing. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Facebook shall have the opportunity to file a Supplemental Opposit ion with respect to both the personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens issues prior to the scheduled hearing.
