The Court, having considered Facebook, Inc.'s ("Facebook") Motion to Continue Hearing Pursuant to Civil L.R. 6-3, Defendants' Opposition thereto, as well as the records on file in this action, hereby orders as follows: Facebook's Motion to Continue the July 10, 2009 hearing on Defendants' motions to dismiss is hereby GRANTED. The hearing is reschedule to take place 30 days after Defendants comply with Magistrate Judge Lloyd's order(s) resolving the pending personal jurisdiction discovery disputes. IT IS SO ORDERED.
