Upon consideration of the papers submitted and the arguments of counsel, and for good cause shown, the Court hereby DENIES Defendants' Motions in their entirety. Discovery, motion practice and all other applicable deadlines shall proceed and be set in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Local Rules, the parties' Joint Case Management Statement and any other rules or standing orders applicable to this action, and further orders of this Court.
