Defendant and Counterclaim Plaintiff Apple Inc. (“Apple”), filed this application for an

order shortening time to hear its Motion to Compel Elan’s Compliance with the Parties’

Agreement that Elan Employees Will be Presented for Deposition in the Northern District of

California so that its motion will be heard on July 5, 2011.

Defendant’s response to Apple’s Motion to Compel will be due on July 1, 2011. Based on the

supporting papers, and good cause appearing therefore, that motion is hereby GRANTED.
