18 Counts II and III of Plaintiff TechCrunch, Inc. and Plaintiff CrunchPad, Inc.'s (collectively 19 "Plaintiffs") Amended Complaint relating to claims of fraud and deceit and unfair competition. 20 After reviewing the parties' submissions and hearing arguments by counsel, and good cause 21 appearing therefore, Fusion Garage's motion is GRANTED.
